Come on, what's not to love about a cake hat!!!. The whole card is stunning, the distressed feel is perfect.

28. All Kinds of Everything

Hello everyone. Hope this finds you all well.
Its my turn to host the Team A challenge and my chosen theme is. . . . . . . drumroll . . . . . . . . . .
to include anything from the first verse of Dana's All Kinds of Everything from the 1970 Eurovision Song Contest (No I didn't see it at the time as I was a little un, probably in bed by 6pm lol!)

Snowdrops and daffodils
butterflies and bees
sailboats and fishermen
things of the sea
wishing-wells
wedding bells
early morning dew
all kinds of everything remind me of you

Its a really lovely little song and won the contest. I've only included the first verse for the challenge so that you're not all too overwhelmed with choice.
Just include anything from the list, ignoring the last line. . . . . . .we don't want all kinds of everything literally lol!!!
Here are the DT creations for your delectation and inspiration.

Amy

Wendy L (Spanish Crafter)

We look forward to seeing your brilliant entries and thank you for taking time to join in
3 entries each maximum please and the challenge ends at 6pm GMT 14th Sept 2016.
Have fun!!!!!

Clean and Simple - Top 3

A huge thank you to everyone who entered our

CAS challenge!

The standard was high and we really enjoyed looking at them all.

Unfortunately there were a few that didn't match the Clean and Simple brief, so lovely as they were, they couldn't be considered for my Top 3 which is a shame as they were fab cards.

Even so, there were lots of wonderful CAS entries, and I had a long list of favourites, it was very difficult to narrow it down, but here goes - listed in numerical order as they appeared in the challenge:

Top 3

12. Anita
Love the gentle curves of the sand and sea... the sentiment seems to lead your eye to the tree and then up into 'white space' which really fits with the theme.

86. Daizy-Mae
Love how this card looks so effortless... but think a lot of thought has gone into the planning of this card. Love the subtle colours and the contrast on the hello. Even though there is a lot of interest on this card, it has still maintained a wonderful feeling of space.

89. My Craft Room Makes: Janice
Love the wonderful clean lines on this card, and the fab contrast created with the sentiment. The die cut pattern at the bottom adds interest and balances out everything really nicely.

Well done ladies, please remember to collect your Top 3 badges from the sidebar and display them on your blog with pride!

Team A will be back tomorrow and Mrs Duck will have another fab challenge for you.
Best wishes,
Sue B & MAWTT DT xx

27. Clean & Simple

Good morning! it's Sue B here, hosting this fortnight's challenge for Team B.
I've chosen a theme of.....

'CLEAN AND SIMPLE'

There are lots of ways of interpreting CAS, but we would like to see some 'white' space on your design, or somewhere for the eye to rest...

....to give you some inspiration, here are some fab creations from the Design Team.

On a Break

Wendy L (Spanish Crafter)
